Terms of Usage & Membership Agreement

By joining ProfitPalsPro.com™, you (the "Member") agree to the following legally binding terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with registration.

1. Nature of the Service

ProfitPalsPro™ is a digital marketing ecosystem providing educational manuscripts (e.g., The CEO Wealth Formula), lead generation systems, and a licensing platform. You are purchasing a Digital Product License. You are NOT "investing" money; you are buying tools and the right to resell them based on our 1-Up Logic.

2. The 1-Up Qualification & Licensing Logic

You acknowledge and understand the 1-Up Compensation Logic:

• To earn commissions at any Tier, you must be Licensed (purchased the tier) and Qualified (passed up your first sale to your sponsor).
• If a member of your downline upgrades to a Tier you do not own, that commission will Roll Up to the next qualified sponsor. No exceptions will be made for "skipped" tiers.
• You agree that commissions are paid Direct-to-Member. ProfitPalsPro™ Admin never touches your personal sales commissions.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Because you receive instant digital access to the CEO Wealth Formula Manuscript and Back-Office tools upon activation, the "value" is delivered immediately. Furthermore, since payments are made directly from Member-to-Member, the Admin cannot refund money that was paid to a third party (your sponsor).

If you attempt to file a fraudulent "Chargeback" via your bank or processor (PayPal, CashApp, Stripe, etc.), your account will be permanently banned and your information will be shared with our global anti-fraud database.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

Any income examples shown are for illustrative purposes only. ProfitPalsPro™ does not guarantee that you will earn any money. Your success depends on your marketing effort, lead quality, and consistency. You are an Independent Contractor, not an employee.

5. Anti-Spam & Marketing Conduct

We have a zero-tolerance policy for Spam. This includes unsolicited emails, Facebook Messenger spamming, or "blind" link posting. All marketing must be ethical and compliant with local laws. Violation of this policy results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold ProfitPalsPro.com™, its owners, and affiliates harmless of any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by our service. We are not responsible for technical outages, bank/processor account closures, or the actions of other members.
