Terms of Usage & Membership Agreement

By joining ProfitPalsPro.com™, you (the "Member") agree to the following legally binding terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with registration.

1. Nature of the Service

ProfitPalsPro™ is a digital marketing ecosystem providing educational manuscripts (e.g., The $5K Formula Blueprint), lead generation systems, and a licensing platform. You are purchasing a Digital Product License. You are NOT "investing" money; you are buying tools and the right to resell them based on our Centralized Logic.

2. The Centralized Reverse 1-Up Qualification Logic

You acknowledge and understand the Reverse 1-Up Compensation Structure designed for immediate ROI:

• Sale #1 (The Keep): You keep 100% of the commission on your first sale to achieve instant break-even/ROI.
• Sale #2 (The Qualifier): Your second sale is automatically passed up to your sponsor. This qualifies you to receive unlimited pass-ups from your own downline for life.
• Subsequent Sales: From Sale #3 onwards, you keep 100% of all direct commissions.
• Licensing: To earn at any Tier, you must own that Tier. If a downline member upgrades beyond your current level, that commission Rolls Up to the next qualified sponsor.
• Centralized Payments: Commissions are paid Direct-to-Member. ProfitPalsPro™ Admin never handles or holds your personal sales commissions.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Because you receive instant digital access to the $5K Formula Manuscript and Centralized Back-Office tools upon activation, the value is delivered immediately. Furthermore, since payments are made directly from Member-to-Member, the Admin cannot refund money that was paid to a third party (your sponsor).

Fraudulent "Chargebacks" or disputes filed via bank or processor (CashApp, Zelle, Stripe, etc.) will result in an immediate permanent ban and placement on our global anti-fraud blacklist.

4. Earnings & Performance Disclaimer

Any income examples ($50, $100, $200 daily) are for illustrative purposes. ProfitPalsPro™ does not guarantee income. Your results depend on your marketing effort and consistency. You are an Independent Contractor responsible for your own taxes and business conduct.

5. Marketing Conduct & Anti-Spam

Spam is strictly prohibited. This includes unsolicited messaging, deceptive "blind" link posting, or harassment. You agree to represent the $5K Formula Blueprint ethically. Violation results in immediate termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProfitPalsPro.com™ and its owners are held harmless against any loss, damage, or liability. We are not responsible for third-party processor account closures, technical outages, or individual member disputes.
